At Alpha Amino USA, all products are sold strictly for research use only. Due to the sensitive nature of these materials, we maintain a strict no return / no refund policy.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances once an order has been processed or shipped. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Opened or unopened products
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Change of mind

Due to product integrity, safety, and handling requirements, returned items cannot be restocked or resold.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Or incorrect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

If approved, we will replace the item at our discretion.

We do not issue refunds.

3. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in transit with the carrier.

4. Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

In rare cases where a resolution is approved, it will be handled via replacement only, not monetary reimbursement.
